United States – $19.99 flat rate

All other countries – $19.99 flat rate

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfillment center where we will ship your item(s) within 10-20 business days. Below are expected delivery times based on your location.

Standard United States Shipping Time Estimates (Average): (2-4 weeks) 10 – 25 business days, depending on the product, holidays, or weather conditions. 

International Shipping Time Estimates (Average) ,10 – 25 business days, depending on customs policies. 
**Please allow 10-15 additional business days for International orders**

Since not all of our products are stored in one warehouse you will get a shipping confirmation email for every package shipped to you and you might get multiple packages per order.

Order Cancelations

Since your order is placed  The fee charged for cancel/change of order 
0-12 hours – Free cancel or change order information 
12-24 hours  – Cancel: 5 USD/item for fee
– Change size/variant: 5 USD/item for fee, non-accepted for some products
– Change shipping address: Free but not accepted for some products 
>24 hours  – Cancel: Non-accepted
– Change size/variant: 5 USD/item for fee but only accepted until it is shipped out.
– Change shipping address: free and just accepted until it is shipped out and only accepted for some products. We will contact our post office if necessary.

 ***Note: The fee charged stated above is not included the difference between the origin price and after-change price.


Our policy lasts 5 days after receiving the products and the customer is responsible for shipping return fees. If 5 days have gone by since your received your products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

A return must be approved from our customer support team first and issue an RMA Number to you before sending back any items for a full refund. 

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund will be given in the following terms:

  • You did not receive your order
  • If the item is significantly different than described or shown in the site

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) :

1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to h2sportswear error.

2. Customer has entered the wrong shipping details when making the order and the order has already been shipped out.


  • You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
  • You do not use the form above to have your return request reviewed and approved by our team, prior to you sending your product back.
  • The item(s) have been worn or washed
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless the condition is our fault
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
  • The item(s) have some redundant thread that can be cut/fixed easily.
  • The item(s) were discounted 10% or more.
  • Our tags are cut, damaged in any way.
  • The item(s) are not far different from the description.

Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Products Only)

90 Day Exchange Policy – Defective Products Only

Defective products may only be exchanged within 90 days of purchase. In order to process your exchange, we will need your order number, description of your setup (including photos if available), and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential defect.

In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will repair or exchange the product as needed. If h2sportswear determines that repair or replacement of a defective product is not practical, we will provide a a partial refund (<30% the price of products)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your repaired/replacement product to reach you may vary.

Damaged in Shipment

Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to h2sportswear within 14 days of receipt of the product.

If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at [email protected] right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale/promotional/coupon applied items can not be refunded.

Custom made products (customized/personalized on your request when you ordered) are not eligible for a refund.

Promotional Items

Any promotional offers must be canceled within 24 hours of your order, before the order is processed. Free/promotional items are non-refundable once shipped.

Damaged items are for replacement, not due for a refund.

Gift Cards

All Gift Cards are final sale.

When you purchase a gift card from store, you will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that they can use at checkout to redeem its value.
